Have I ever mentioned that Vivi likes shoes? I showed her these flashy kicks as incentive to get ready for school tomorrow and she instantly wanted to wear them. She was excited about the look and the noise they made. (tap, tap, tap). Thanks Grandma G. and Baba! You have another wardrobe hit on your hands .

Investigative Reporting

I know that "Sweeps" are over; however, I am conducting my own investigative report. Just how long will malfunctioning lights stay on in children's shoes? This shoe has been glowing since Saturday (four days) without any wear. Attention News Directors: I would tune in for an answer, for sure!

Brock Olivo

OK, this is a weird one. While getting ready to take a bath, Vivi starts singing the name "Brock Olivo", former Mizzou football player, to Handel's "Messiah" Alleluia chorus. I haven't uttered this man's name in years so I was beyond surprised that Vivi confirmed that was what she was singing. Guess all I can say is "Go Tigers!"
